Porter and her firm believe that real estate is not just about properties—it’s about people. The repairman gives repair estimates to a senior couple and handshaking. That’s why we created Porter’s Place for Seniors, a heartfelt community initiative dedicated to supporting the seniors who have built and shaped our neighborhoods.

Through this program, a percentage of every real estate transaction we close is set aside to fund essential home repairs and updates for seniors in need, helping them continue to live safely, comfortably, and independently in the homes they love.
